services.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> All orders are charged USPS priority mail shipping cost ($5.60)<FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial Narrow" >**</FONT> as a base cost.  The shipping cost is figured from this point and increases with the total dollar amount spent for your order.  </div> <bR> <div> <B>Please be advised that </B><B>effective July 18, 2005</B><B> our shipping cost policy is as follows:</B></div> <div> <B>Although each order has a base shipping cost of $5.60 the cost will vary depending on the weight and size of your order.  Orders exceeding the size restrictions used by the USPS will incur an additional over sized package shipping fee.  This fee WILL NOT appear on the original billing but will arrive as a separate billing from paypal for the difference between the billed shipping cost and the USPS actual cost.  No shipping of any product ordered will occur until this fee has been paid.</B></div> <div> <B>We regret this situation, however, recent changes in the way the USPS determines size of packages has made this necessary for us.  Any items affected be this new policy will have a indicator on the page.</B></div> <bR> <div> The above stated shipping rates
