<bR> <div> <B>This product is a Phosphorescent Powder Pigment that creates a glow in the soap or gel candle.  It is Non-Toxic and Non-Radioactive, safe for use in soaps and other skin products.  It is also able to be used in gel candles</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Night Glow can be used with oil or water based liquid mediums.  It is best used in transparent mediums so the pigment is allowed to fully absorb light.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>It is great for making soap or wax shapes for embedding creating a dramatic effect to your soaps or gel candles.  </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Recommended use is 1 tablespoon of powder per pound of soap.  The best effects are achieved when used in clear mediums without colorant.  Some colorants will dull the effect of the glow property.  Experimentation is the only way to discover what colors will work well.  If using colorants we suggest liquid dyes.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Approved for Non-Cosmetic Uses.</U></B></div> <div> <B><U>Gel Candle & Soap
