Retail and Wholesale Policies
Retail Orders: Continental United States
Alternasense does not believe in the concept of minimum orders for each product. We believe you should order what you need and nothing more. All orders are subject to the appropriate and current shipping and handling charges which will be calculated and added to your total bill. We will notify you of the total cost prior to processing your payment. All orders within the Continental United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Service unless you request alternative shipping means (Use of an alternate shipping method will be subject to a alternate transport cost fee of $10.00 plus the shipping rates of the alternate carrier).
Retail Orders: International Orders
Alternasense accepts orders from outside of the Continental United States. However, please be aware of the additional fees which will apply for shipping and handling. We also are obligated to notify you that due to the nature of the world we live in today, your packages may be subject to the independent regulations and searches by your local customs authorities. We encourage you to be patient with your local shipping and customs authorities in their efforts to make sure we are all secure and safe.
All International orders must be over $50.00(USD). Orders below $50.00 will not be accepted for International orders. Total cost shall include shipping and handling and any taxes or tariffs associated with your order. All International orders shall be shipped using the most cost effective means for our customers unless instructed otherwise by the customer. (Special shipping requests will incur an International Alternative Transport Cost Fee of $20.00(USD) plus the shipping rates of the alternate carrier.)
Payment:
All orders (Continental United States, International and Wholesale) are strictly conducted on a prepaid basis. Alternasense does not provide a line of credit billing system for any of our clients. We do not participate in consignment structure salons or businesses. We offer secure On Line Transactions through the PayPal service. We accept the following methods of payment for your orders: Money orders, Business and Personal Checks (Via Postal Delivery or Paypal), Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. We are unable to accept Debt Cards and C.O.D. orders.
Any payment tendered in the form of Charges or Checks must clear our banking institution prior to us shipping the merchandise to you. Returned Checks or declined cards shall incur a "Bad Faith" Fee of $45.00 and possible exclusion from our client list. Payment of the "Bad Faith" Fee must be tendered before any further transactions will be processed for your account and a freeze shall be placed on your ordering ability with Alternasense until the matter has been resolved.

Holiday Orders:
Please be aware the During the following Holidays we request that you place your orders at least three weeks in advance. Our Business during these times is very busy and failure to place your order early may prevent us from being able to fill your order by the date needed. Please contact us during these listed times to check on our shipping times.
