Return Policy and Procedure
Please Read Before Submitting a Return or Refund Claim
Return Policy:
For Products from Alternasense Skin Design Products, we are only able to accept damaged or incorrect orders as returns or for refunds. Returns or requests for refunds of any other reason will not be honored.
Should it be determined that the damage was caused by us we will offer the buyer a refund or ship a replacement product. Should it be determined that the damage was a result of mishandling by shipping means it will be the responsibility of the buyer to contact the shipment carrier and file a claim with the carrier. All shipments are shipped UPS and are insured.
Damaged Product Policy:
All Damaged Products must be reported within the first 24 hours of it's receipt by the Client (Unless the delivery falls after 5 PM on a Saturday, in which case the client must report the damage to Alternasense by 12 PM on the following Monday). Alternasense can not be held responsible for damage caused by the delivery carrier. Any damage to the package by the carrier service must be reported to the carriers dispatch center and then to Alternasense. Alternasense shall only be responsible for replacement or refund for products that were damaged in transit should it be proven that it was the fault of Alternasense and the product was improperly packaged before leaving our physical possession.
Should the damage be our fault, we will, without question, either replace the item(s) at our cost or refund your purchase price(excluding the shipping costs).
Incorrect Order Policy:
Should your order be incorrect in any way, we will immediately correct the issue. To help us prevent this issue, we will call or email you before shipping your order with a listing of the products on the invoice. We will confirm the order with you and will then ship the products. Any incorrect orders must be reported to Alternasense within 24 hours of it's receipt by the Client (Unless the delivery falls after 5 PM on a Saturday, in which case the client must report the damage to Alternasense by 12 PM on the following Monday)
Order Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of general merchandise orders is permissible provided that the cancellation is within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders for Made-to-Order items (Chinese Carry-Outs (Both Frosted and regular), Gable boxes, and any other item where it clearly states made to order or two week lead time) are not items which can be canceled once the order has been placed. We immediately contact our manufacturer when these orders are received and begin assembly of the items. Once the order is placed from us to our manufacturer it cannot be stopped. Persons failing to read these policies must understand that there will be no refund or exchange offered on these items unless 1) the wrong color has been sent by us or the manufacture, 2) the items are damaged, in which case the items must be sent back to us in the original shipping boxes for investigation with the shipping company (Process taking two weeks to conclude), 3) The item is never received. All made to order items are shipped with receipt confirmation.
Shipping Methods:
Alternasense Skin Design Products uses USPS Priority Shipping services for our deliveries. Shipping and Handling charges will vary depending on the weight of your order and it's destination. We ship all orders within 48 to 72 hours depending on your payment methods (*Please Note - No product shall be shipped until the payment has cleared our banking institution. The 48 to 72 hours time frame begins after the payment has cleared). Gift wrapping and custom gift set creation is available upon request for a fee (Please Call for Gift wrapping and custom gift set pricing.)
Alternasense will ship to International Destinations, however we cannot guarantee that your packages will not be subject to inspection by customs personnel. Alternasense will use USPS Global Priority Mail Services.
