Skin Design Products" Only.</div> <div> How to qualify for Our Wholesale pricing:</div> <div> Those persons interested in qualifying to receive our wholesale pricing must meet the following criteria:</div> <div> 1.  The prospective party must request and complete our wholesale rights application form which may be requested via our email address on this site.</div> <div> 2.  The applicant must have a registered business and supply us with your Federal EIN number.</div> <div> 3.  All applicants must sign a "No Change" Agreement and a "Lab Free" Agreement.  These agreements apply only to the Alternasense Skin Design Line of Products.  These Agreements prevent a prospective retailer of our products from:</div> <div>      A)  "No Change" - Changing the name, label, packaging, or composition of any product sold to them.  All Alternasense Skin Design Products must be sold as they were delivered.  Any alteration of our products, their labels, packaging or composition in any way will result in legal actions against all parties involved.</div> <div>      B)  "Lab Free" - Submitting any of our products to any laboratory for analysis or testing for the purpose of identifying it's composition and ingredients and volume of each ingredient for any reason is strictly prohibited without our expressed and written permission.  Requests may be submitted for this procedure, however your reason for obtaining this testing must be clearly detailed and a copy of your lab results must be provided upon it's completion to our CEO and CFO in triplicate, signed before a Notary Public, and sent to us by registered mail.  If permission is granted for this process, any and all laboratory testing fees and costs associated with those test and any legal fees incurred will be the sole responsibility of the Client submitting the request.  Alternasense will not pay for these services for any reason unless otherwise ordered to do so by a legal entity at the Federal  or State level.</div> <div> Please be aware that our Wholesale Pricing is based on a Wholesale Sliding Scale.  The total wholesale discount you receive is determined by the total "Suggested Retail Cost" of your order.  We will supply you with the Sliding scale ranges and percentages upon successful completion of our Application Process and signing of the "No Change" and "Lab Free" Agreements.</div>
